What are the shipping rates for me?
Shipping rates will automatically be calculated at checkout and will match your current location.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a tracking code to track its progress online. You can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.
Can I make any changes to my order now it has been placed?
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address.
Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of items is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
Are duty fees included in the shipping prices?
Orence is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charges upon receipt.
How do I make a return?
At the moment, we do not offer returns. We are convinced that every product is photographed and described very well to consider your shopping choice.
My purchase is damaged. What to do now?
Send us an e-mail with photos of the damaged item(s). All vintage broken items will be refund. If a new item is still in stock, we will send you a new one free of charge.
